New members in all classifications are guaranteed no operating assessments for 3 years, and no capital assessments for 2 years. New Associate membership classifications are not required to own stock.
Initiation Fees are presently being waived.
Senior Golf
Available to any new member age 21 and over. There is no initiation fee. Requires a purchase of three shares of stock at $2,000 per share. This purchase can be made upon acceptance, yearly installments or monthly installments. Once the full $6,000 is paid, you are officially a stockholder and entitled to all applied privileges. Dues are $252 per month. Minimums are $60 per month. Full privileges for all family members including children up to age 21 (25 for students).
Individual Associate
Available to new members age 40 and over. Initiation fee is $1,000 (non-refundable). Dues are $175 per month. Minimums are $60 per month. Spouse and children up to age 21 (25 for students) will have unlimited access to Club activities including golf, but must pay cart and greens fees. This classification is closed to current stockholders.
Family Associate
Available to new members age 40 and over. Initiation fee is $1,000 (non-refundable). Dues are $238 per month. Minimums are $60 per month. Full privileges for all family members including children up to age 21 (25 for students). This classification is closed to current stockholders.
Junior Associate
Available to new members ages 21 to 39. $350 Annual Fee until age 40 Initiation at age 40 is locked in at $1,000. Dues are $118 per month April through November. No dues are paid December through March. $30 monthly minimum will apply for all twelve months of the year. Full club privileges for all family members including children to age 21.
Non-Resident Associate
Available to any member residing and working beyond a thirty (30) mile radius of the Club. Initiation fee is $500 (non-refundable). Dues are $118 per month . There will be no monthly minimum with this membership. Full privileges for all family members including children up to age 21 (25 for students).
Social Associate
Available to any new member age 21 and over. Initiation fee is $250. Dues are $60 per month. Minimums are $30 per month. Full privileges, except golf, for all family members including children up to age 21 (25 for students). Membership designee will be permitted to golf once per month paying cart and green fees.
Corporate Associate
Available to any company. Initiation fee is $2,500 (non-refundable). Dues for golf members are $225 per month and $74 per month for social members. A $63 per month minimum will apply to both membership categories. A maximum of 3 corporate members per category is permitted; 75% of current initiation fee will apply to all future member transfers within each corporate membership. Only full-time employees are eligible.
