Friday, July 31, come celebrate Caribbean Night featuring a menu of Caribbean fare from Chef Mark and his culinary team.

Mixed Grill of Citrus-Rum Sauce Red Snapper and Jerked Chicken
-Served with Sides of Peas and Red Peppers, Fungi, and Rice and Beans

Coconut and Pineapple Cake

The Friday Night Dinner will be served from 6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. A children’s menu will also be available. $30 per person plus tax and gratuity. 

The Dining Room will also be open with its full menu on this evening.
