South of the Border!

This Friday we are kicking off our Friday Night Dinners at the pool featuring a delectable South of the Border menu from Chef Mark and entertainment from Paul Milovac:

Cheese Quesadillas and Tortilla Chips with Salsa Trio

Chopped Salad with Red Peppers, Red Onions, Tomatoes, Corn, Black Beans topped with Cilantro and Jalapeno Honey Vinaigrette

Taco Trio!

Pork and Pineapples | Carne Asada | Shrimp with Chipotle

-served with Mexican Street Corn, Refried Beans and Vermicelli

Flan with Churros

The Friday Night Dinner will be served from 6 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. A children’s menu will also be available. $30 per person plus tax and gratuity. 

The Dining Room will also be open with its full menu on this evening.
