The Event Patio

What better way to embark upon your new life together than to host your reception (or ceremony) overlooking our picturesque golf course. This area is surrounded by lush greens and can fit an 40′ x 90′ tent, steps away from the clubhouse.

The Lounge

The upscale lounge is perfect for the intimate ceremony or reception featuring a gorgeous 180 view of the golf course valley, high on top of Country Club Hill. The lounge also features the hippest bar in the Ohio Valley making it a fun, stylish experience for all.

The Dining Room

With its amazing views and new beautiful decor, the newly renovated Main Dining Room features the perfect atmosphere to dine, dance and enjoy the views atop Country Club Hill. This space can be combined with the Lounge providing the ultimate indoor space for your celebration.

Bridal Ready Room

Our bridal ready room will surely help you prepare (both physically and mentally) to say “I do” in front of all your family and friends. Our brides have an on-site sanctuary to relax, get her hair and makeup done, and toast to the day’s events with her bridal party before walking down the aisle.

Wedding FAQ’s

Do you have to be a member to rent your facility?

No! We welcome the public to experience our banquet facilities. After your beautiful Wheeling Country Club wedding, you will become Social Members of the club for one year. A Social Membership entitles you and your immediate family to all of the amenities the Club offers. It’s our gift to you!

Do you require minimums?

We do not require minimums.

Can I come see the venues?

Yes, please make an appointment with our Wedding Manager, lhorvath@wheelingcountryclub.com.

Where can I get ready?

We have a Bridal Suite on site. Our expansive women’s locker facility will transform into your dedicated Bridal Ready Room. The Bridal Ready Room features elegant soft seating, ##-foot vanity and mirror and plenty of space for a pre-wedding toast with your bridal party.

How many guests can you accommodate?

We can accommodate up to 140 guests.
